Dr Khurram Saadiq

Dr Khurram Saadiq is a Consultant Neurodevelopmental Psychiatrist based in London. Formerly working within the NHS, Dr Saadiq held several senior clinical and leadership roles and is now practising independently. Alongside his clinical work, Dr Saadiq is an established international public speaker and TEDx presenter, having delivered seven TEDx talks since 2019.

As a keynote speaker, Dr Saadiq has shared insights on neurodevelopmental psychiatry, mental health, neurodiversity, and leadership across the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Austria, Portugal, Pakistan, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, and the United States.

Dr Saadiq has delivered keynote addresses at the United Nations (Vienna) and UNESCO, speaking on neurodiversity and inclusive practice. His corporate engagements include global organisations such as Warner Bros and Booking.com.

Dr Saadiq is the published author of Explaining AuDHD and is widely recognised for his expertise in Autism, ADHD, and the emerging concept of AuDHD, as well as the intersection of mental health with gaming and social media. He is also a leadership mentor and a strong advocate for compassionate and transformational leadership in healthcare and beyond.

Dr Saadiq is a global advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion. His current work focuses on leadership development, creating psychologically safe workplaces for neurodivergent individuals, and the responsible integration of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
